Byrådet skal vælge syv medlemmer til Økonomi- og personaleudvalget. Pladserne fordeles ved forholdstalsvalg.

Indstilling

Administrationen indstiller, at syv medlemmer til Økonomi- og personaleudvalget vælges, hvoraf den ene skal være borgmesteren, der er født formand for udvalget.

Sagsfremstilling

Økonomiudvalget varetaget kommunens økonomiske planlægning og har ansvaret for følgende politikområder:

  • Finansiering
  • Kommunale ejendomme
  • Administration, borger- og erhvervsservice
  • Skattefinansierede anlæg
  • Løn- og personaleforhold


Udvalget arbejder typisk med sager vedrørende fx:

  • Optagelse af og afdrag på lån
  • Regnskab
  • Anlægsopgaver
  • Vedligehold og drift af kommunens ejendomme
  • Køb og salg af fast ejendom
  • Erhvervsindsatsen
  • It og digitalisering
  • Kommunikation
  • Udvikling af organisationen
  • Løn, personale og HR


Udvalgets opgaver er beskrevet i Solrød Kommunes styrelsesvedtægt § 10-12.


Økonomiudvalgets medlemmer

Økonomiudvalget skal bestå af borgmesteren som formand og seks af byrådets øvrige medlemmer. Borgmesterens plads regnes som en af de pladser, der kan tilkomme den valggruppe, som borgmesteren tilhører.


Valg af medlemmer til Økonomi- og personaleudvalget er beskrevet i Lov om kommunernes styrelse § 17.


Det er et lovkrav at have et Økonomiudvalg.
