Resume

I henhold til Stevns kommunes principper for økonomistyring, skal der aflægges særskilt regnskab for anlæg med bruttoudgifter ekskl. moms på 2 mio. kr. og derover. Kommunalbestyrelsen skal godkende anlægsregnskab for Stormflodsprojekter vedr. V, Rødvig Havn og genopretning af dige.

Indstilling

Forvaltningen indstiller, at

Anlægsregnskaberne Stormflod Vej, Stormflod Rødvig havn, Stormflod genopretning af dige, godkendes

Beslutning fra Plan, Miljø og Teknik, den 4. marts 2026, punkt 41:

Udvalget anbefaler indstillingen.

Beskrivelse af sagen

Stormfloden den 20. - 21. oktober 2023 tilførte store skader på Rødvig havn, Diget Odden og kommunens veje.

Miljøstyrelsen udmeldte at kommuner kunne få dækket 25% af alle udgifterne til disse skader ved at anmelde og dokumentere skaderne til Miljøstyrelsen.

Stevns kommune reparerede skader på Rødvig havn for i alt 3,4 mio. kr. genoprette Dige for i alt 2 mio. kr. og reparerede vej for i alt 2,6 mio. kr.

Da vi kun kunne få refusion af de udgifter vi har brugt i 2024, har vi i alt modtaget 1,933 mio. kr. i samlet refusion.

Der er lavet et anlægsregnskab for hver af de 3 områder, som vedlægges.

Økonomiske konsekvenser og finansiering

Sagen har ingen yderligere økonomiske konsekvenser, da mindre udgifterne blev tilført kassen ved regnskabsafslutning pr. 31.12.2024.
